How does the whole process works?

Sign up
Get started by filling out the contact form or emailing otc@embily.com with your inquiry. When you decide you want to buy, sell or swap a large amount of digital assets over-the-counter, begin by approaching the Embily OTC and completing the onboarding documentation.
Onboard
To become an OTC client you must go through the standard Embily onboarding process: KYB + KYC. For crypto-related companies, organizational docs should not be older than 4 months. Moreover, all docs of the representatives, shareholders, and beneficial owners must represent a source of funds and proof of address.
Communicate
Open up a line of communication, via form, email about your preferred trade. It doesn't have to be complicated.
Confirm trade
If you agree, the trade is confirmed, and we will ask for a deposit address to send the purchased assets. We will also send you the wire instructions for the OTC bank account, where you will wire the funds.
Complete trade
Once the Embily OTC receives the wire, our trader will send the assets to the specified wallet address, along with a confirmation message, and the trade is complete.
