Due to several provocations in the chat, I’d like to inform you about a “soft restart” of Embily Cards, namely:
- all issued cards are valid until the date indicated on the card. If the card (with a positive balance) doesn’t work in a POS-terminal, online or ATM, send your email address to the support service on services.embily.com and your card will start working again within 24 hours (on business days);
- all current pending transactions will be credited until May 25, 2020;
- from May 25, 2020, card replenishment will be carried out as usual;
- the balance and the list of transactions may be displayed incorrectly — the deadline is June 02, 2020 (all your funds are safe and protected by HKMA, you can verify this by requesting the balance at an ATM);
