mondayrep0702

It’s yet another Monday Funday after a long enjoyable weekend for us all (I hope). Now that we’ve had our break, we can dive ourselves back into the beautiful world of Cryptocurrency! And don’t you worry about missing out on anything interesting or important, as the Embily team has you covered.

Sit back, relax and enjoy as you read up on news.

Hurray Bitcoin! Keeping up that 6k support, staying above the lifeline. That’s what I like to see, as well as everyone else I imagine. But as always, this probably means it’s a good time to acquire some more Bitcoin.

Tether Code ‘Flaw’ Was Actually an Exchange Error

“Give it a minute, and Tether will be involved in yet another controversy.” Hahaha, this comment is quite accurate when describing Tether. And sure enough, here it is. There has been some talk about Tether ‘wash’ trading as well as market manipulation.

However, let’s not pile in on the Tether hate train just yet. The recent code flaw that was noticed (The one that allowed double spending); wasn’t actually Tether itself but rather an error in the exchange that listed it.  Slowmist has confirmed the source of the code error.

To continue the interesting articles, according to Techcrunch; over 1000 crypto projects are now considered dead. Since the inception of Crypto, we’ve had 1000 ICOs, coins and projects start and then die out. The most recent infamous one I can think of is; Bitconneeeeeeeccct!!!!!

So this one is interesting. As it also includes all of the ‘mining viruses’ that were found on peoples phones, browsers and in all sorts of different places. The stats of ransomware is declining as more and more ‘miscreants’ are instead using the infected computers to mine Crypto instead.
